Yash’s Next after ‘KGF 2’ is ‘TOXIC’

Yash 19 now has an official title. After the humongous success of KGF franchise, Yash is a popular name in the PAN India market. He has taken a huge break and planned to choose his next project wisely. As it turns out, the actor is collaborating with director Geethu Mohandas which will be produced by Venkat K Narayana under KVN productions. The makers have revealed the official title as ‘TOXIC’ on their social media handles.

Geethu Mohandas had narrated a script to Yash back in April 26 and the rumours were flying that they will announce the project soon. The fans had to wait for more than 7 months for the official confirmation. Geethu Mohandas has earlier worked on the critically acclaimed Moothon with Nivin Pauly. Many fans were surprised to hear about the possible collaboration of Yash & Geethu. But the official announcement has totally stunned the fans and the industry insiders alike.

From the announcement video, it is evident that Geethu is planning a high voltage action flick. Yash can be seen in a bearded avatar while holding a gun like weapon. He is also wearing a hat and smoking a cigar. Ashes of paper can be seen flying around in the teaser while some half-burnt paper has the image of joker. Finally, there is a tagline for the title which reads as ‘A Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups’. Along with that the makers have mentioned a dialogue apparently from the film in their social media handles. It reads as ‘What you seek is seeking you – Rumi’.

It was reported earlier in the year that Yash has met the action director of ‘John Wick’ for the preparations of his upcoming film. This confirms that ‘Toxic’ is going to be a violent action film for the adults. Also, there were rumours that Yash has 3 heroines in the movie. But the names of the cast are still kept under wraps by the makers. As the makers have announced the release date as 10th April 2025, further details are expected to follow soon.
