‘Thala’ Ajith Kumar’s Vidaamuyarchi & Good Bad Ugly are expected to release on this date…!!!

Ajithkumar can be seen in action in 2025, after being missing from the big screens for 24 months. Both Vidaamuyarchi & Good Bad Ugly is slotted for 2025 release. Currently, the actor is shooting for GBU, directed Adhik Ravichandran in Europe. The Spain/Italy schedule of the film began in the first week of October and the team is more or less likely to wrap up the filming by October 3^rd week. In the 4^th week of October, the whole crew will be travelling to Bulgaria for the rest of the shoot. Some of the stills from the GBU location has gone viral. The actor was spotted in a white suit worn over a floral printed shirt in on of those stills while he was seen wearing a blue shirt and trouser with suspenders. Importantly, he was seen sporting a black hair for the first time in a decade. The actor seems to be thoroughly enjoying his time in Europe.

GBU, also has the likes of Trisha, Prasanna, Arjun Das, Sunil & Karthikeya Dev of Salaar fame. If the reports are to be believed, the combination scenes of protagonist & antagonist are being currently filmed in Europe. A viral footage of Ajith alighting from a van went viral while Trisha was seen waiting near a building wearing a black coat. It is expected that the team will travel to Hyderabad after the Europe schedule. They have planned a nearly 3-week slot for the Hyderabad schedule. Earlier, the shooting of the film was kickstarted in Hyderabad in June with a song sequence. Later in August, Ajith Kumar was shooting simultaneously for GBU & Vidaamuyarchi in Hyderabad, where the latter was wrapped up in August 16 including the patchwork of the film and the former continued till August 24.

Vidaamuyarchi team has started the post-production process, including dubbing of various artists. The film has a pending song sequence, set to be shot in Spain, alongside the GBU schedule. Interestingly, Ajith is paired opposite Trisha in both the films. Arjun, Aarav & Regina are the other main artists in the film. The team had completed filming in Azerbaijan in July 22, that lasted for around 25 days. Magizh Thirumeni directorial had to undergo a hefty 95 Days schedule in the hard terrains of Azerbaijan in different schedules. Earlier after January 30, the crew took a long break from the Azerbaijan schedule, that lasted for around 70 Days. Despite intermittent breaks in between the Azerbaijan schedule due to terrain issues, injury woes of the actor and production disagreements, the team was finally able to confront all the challenges and complete the film.

As per the current status, Vidaamuyarchi is a possible Pongal 2025 release. Lyca is producing the movie and Anirudh is composing music for the film. If that is the case, Good Bad Ugly would be aiming for a Summer 2025 release. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Devi Sri Prasad is the music director. Both Ajith Kumar movies are expected to take a massive opening and the makers are planning a wider release for both the films globally.
