Mohanlal’s Barroz set for Christmas Release

Mohanlal’s debut directorial venture, Barroz, the Guardian of Gama’s Treasure is big-budget 3D fantasy movie will be Christmas release as per the reports.

In a recent interview Mohanlal stated that the film’s rerecording works has been completed in Los Angeles and the post-production is currently underway in Budapest, Hungary. The visual effects are being worked on simultaneously in India and Thailand.

Barroz as per the news will be a children’s film with the story written by Jijo Punnoose. The movie is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas. Mohanlal himself plays the title character, and the movie also features several foreign language actors.

If all the works are on time, a visual extragavanza will be up in theatres near you for this christmas.
